Biographical
Sketch

Dr. Hirt has 20 years of experience as a university administrator and faculty member. She started her career in the California State University system before moving to the University of Arizona where she worked as an Associate Dean of Students. Since moving to her current faculty position, she has authored numerous journal articles and book chapters, has presented over 50 programs at national and regional conferences on student affairs and higher education, and has consulted with over a dozen campuses and corporations.
