On Higher Education Policy in Virginia


This web site is sponsored and maintained by the Higher Education Program in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Studies of Virginia Tech's College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. Its purpose is to facilitate the distribution of information and to stimulate discussion of policy issues affecting higher education in Virginia. The contents of these pages express the independent views and opinions of the authors. They are not intended to represent the official comment or position of the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia (SCHEV), the Governor, the Secretary of Education, the General Assembly, or Virginia Tech.
